These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nature of This Offering
This Site is operated by an independent sales representative offering coffee products fulfilled and distributed by Food Forest Farms. Orders placed through this Site are transmitted to the distributor for roasting, packaging, and shipment.
Availability is subject to monthly production capacity. When capacity is full, new orders or allocations may be paused.
Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
Orders & Billing
Purchases made through this Site cover the initial billing period only. Future invoices, if applicable, are issued manually according to the billing cadence selected at checkout.
All payments are accepted in Bitcoin only. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.
Bitcoin Payments
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Once payment has been sent and confirmed, it cannot be reversed or charged back.
Customers are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. We are not responsible for payment errors, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by the Bitcoin network.
Roasting, Shipping & Fulfillment
Coffee is roasted and shipped on a monthly schedule. Shipments generally go out on or around the first business day of the month unless otherwise communicated.
Fulfillment timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
Allocation-based ordering is subject to availability. Requests to change, pause, or cancel future allocations may be accommodated depending on current production capacity.
Re-entry after a pause or cancellation is not guaranteed and may depend on availability at that time.
Returns & Refunds
Coffee is a perishable product. Refunds or replacements are generally limited to cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of the Site operator or its content providers and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of products offered through it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
