This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed through this Site. Coffee products are fulfilled and distributed by Food Forest Farms.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the product price. There are no separate shipping charges added at checkout, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or special request.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Roasting & Shipping Schedule
Coffee is roasted and shipped on a monthly cadence. Shipments generally go out on or around the first business day of each month.
If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, orders typically ship on the next business day.
Processing & Carrier Timing
Delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and destination. While most shipments arrive within typical domestic carrier timelines, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require confirmation of the correct address.
Distributed Teams
Distributed teams may assign multiple shipping addresses per order, when supported by the product configuration.
