This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, replacements, and shipping issues are handled for orders placed through this Site. Coffee products are fulfilled and distributed by Food Forest Farms.
Perishable Product Policy
Coffee is a perishable product. For that reason, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.
We will work with customers to resolve issues in cases of damaged shipments, incorrect items, or other fulfillment problems as described below.
Bitcoin Payments
All payments are accepted in Bitcoin only. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and cannot be charged back.
Any refund or replacement decision is handled according to the policies on this page and is provided at our discretion based on the circumstances.
When We Will Make It Right
If any of the following occurs, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue:
- Your order arrives damaged in transit
- You receive the wrong product or configuration
- Your order is missing items
We may request photos of damage (packaging and product) to help document carrier claims and improve fulfillment quality.
Delivery & “Not Received” Claims
If a shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check:
- Alternate delivery locations (porch, side door, mailroom, leasing office)
- Neighbors or building staff
- Any carrier photo confirmation (if provided)
Carrier tracking information is generally considered the official delivery record. That said, we are willing to work with you to investigate and resolve the situation when possible, including assisting with carrier claims or tracing.
Please note: we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked Delivered by the carrier, but we will make a reasonable effort to help resolve the issue.
