Quick answers to the most common questions about UTXO Coffee—ordering, Bitcoin-only payments, monthly roasting, shipping cadence, and what “limited supply” actually means.
Is this really Bitcoin-only?
Yes. UTXO Coffee is Bitcoin-only by design. It keeps pricing transparent, reduces reliance on legacy payment rails, and supports a Bitcoin circular economy.
What if my company isn’t ready for Bitcoin yet?
That’s totally fine—this specific offering is built for teams that are already using Bitcoin. If you’re exploring how to pay with Bitcoin, start small and come back when you’re ready.
What does “limited supply” mean?
Monthly roasting capacity is capped intentionally. We don’t overproduce or warehouse coffee. When capacity is full, reservations pause until we have room again.
How often is coffee roasted?
We roast once per month in controlled batches. This keeps coffee fresh and consistent without maintaining large inventory.
When does coffee ship?
Shipments go out on or around the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, orders ship on the next business day.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is included in the product price for shipments within the United States.
Can I change my allocation amount later?
In most cases, yes—depending on current monthly capacity. If the month is already full, increases may need to wait for the next available cycle.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. If you need to pause, you can do so—just note that re-entry may depend on capacity at that time. Cancellations apply to future cycles; fulfilled orders cannot be reversed once roasted/shipped.
Do you sell to individuals?
This offering is designed for offices, teams, meetups, and shared environments. Individuals are welcome if you’re aligned with the model, but the system is optimized for groups.
Why air roasted instead of drum roasted?
Air roasting uses hot air rather than rotating metal drums. It helps avoid scorching from direct contact with hot metal and can produce a cleaner, smoother cup with less harsh bitterness.
Are there “health benefits” to air roasted coffee?
We don’t make medical claims. What we do say is that air roasting can reduce scorching and burned oils, which many people perceive as a smoother, less harsh cup—especially compared to very dark, bitter roasts.
Do you offer K-cups or single-serve pods?
We do not offer coffee in disposable K-cups or single-serve pods.
Pod systems require coffee to be ground very fine and sealed long before use, which compromises freshness, flavor, and aroma. Disposable pods also generate unnecessary waste and don’t align with our quality-first approach.
That said, we understand that many offices already have pod machines and want a simple transition.
For teams using Keurig-style brewers, we offer the option to include reusable K-cups—either with your first order or delivered monthly—for an additional cost. These reusable pods are fulfilled directly from Amazon and allow you to brew fresh, high-quality coffee in your existing machine without disposable pods.

Where do you ship?
We currently sell and ship within the United States. If that changes, we’ll update it here.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Coffee is a perishable product. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. For policy details, check the Refund & Return Policy link in the footer.
What if my coffee arrives late or there’s a shipping issue?
Shipping carriers can be unpredictable. If there’s a problem, contact us and we’ll help resolve it. For most issues, we can re-ship or make it right depending on the situation.
