Why air roasted
Most commercial coffee is roasted in metal drums, where beans come into direct contact with superheated surfaces. That process often leaves scorched oils on the bean and introduces bitterness.
Air roasting uses hot air instead—keeping beans suspended and roasted more evenly without direct contact with hot metal.

The UTXO Blend combines ethically sourced Central and South American Arabica coffees. Each origin is roasted separately, then blended to create a cup with big mouthfeel, velvety smoothness, and chocolate undertones.
